Scott, a recognized “rising star” and accomplished trial lawyer, serves as Of Counsel to Liles White and is located in Dallas. He represents plaintiffs in a wide array of challenging and high-profile tort matters involving negligence, product liability, and fraud. Scott has extensive courtroom experience and involvement in over 20 trials and arbitrations including nine as lead counsel.

As an attorney who clients turn to when things get tough, Scott represents clients in cases involving commercial trucking and mass transit accidents, plane crashes, major industrial and environmental accidents, and other casualty incidents involving premises and product liability. In service to his clients, he pays great attention to detail at every stage, helping cut through complex legal issues to develop inventive and unique arguments.
