Brendan Villanueva

Brendan Villanueva represents clients who were seriously injured or killed in oil field incidents, workplace incidents, 18-wheeler crashes, and company vehicle collisions.

Mr. Villanueva joined Liles White PLLC in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Villanueva defended clients in complex litigation until he realized his true calling was helping those who needed it the most. Using his knowledge of how defense attorneys and insurance companies resist compensating injured and wrongful death plaintiffs, Mr. Villanueva now fights for those who have been injured or killed due to negligence.

Mr. Villanueva is originally from Kerrville, Texas where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Schreiner University. Mr. Villanueva went on to attend St. Mary’s School of Law where he graduated with honors and was a member of the John M. Harlan Society for high attainments in the study of law. During law school, Mr. Villanueva was the Executive Editor of The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race & Social Justice. Mr. Villanueva’s comment When Silence Requires Speech: Reviving the Right to Remain Silent in the Wake of Salinas v. Texas was published in Volume 16 and won the award for best comment. Mr. Villanueva also served as a research assistant for multiple professors where he assisted in researching and writing their evidence and constitutional law publications.
