A Coastal Bend native, Celeste Baltierra was born and raised in Robstown, Texas. Ms. Baltierra studied at the University of Austin, obtaining a degree in political science and a minor in sociology. She is a first-generation college graduate. She then graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law while interning for a nationwide litigation firm.
